She holds board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Dedicated to her field, Charlie is an active member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA) and the American Nurses Association (ANA). Her journey into healthcare began during her five year service in the US ARMY as a combat medic, which included one tour in Iraq. Witnessing the impact of mental health challenges firsthand, Charlie's commitment to mental wellness was ignited.

Outside of her work, Charlie enjoys a variety of activities, including hiking, geocaching, attending concerts and festivals, and spending quality time with her family, including her three dogs, Callie, Remy, and Belle, and her cat, Ghostbuster.
